Our clients are our number one priority and we will ensure their expectations are exceeded. We hold ourselves accountable to elevate the entire person when they leave our Lounge. Here at Grit we use the most up to date techniques and products to make sure your visit is the experience you’d hoped for.
MEET THE TEAM
Katie- Owner/ Founder
-Master Hairstylist-
Katie began in the beauty industry as an assistant in 2001. She always aspired to be a hairstylist but wanted a college education as well. After graduating from Kutztown University with a marketing degree in 2008 she worked in sales for few years before going after her dream. In 2013 she completed a Cosmetology apprenticeship program under the owner of a salon in Bethlehem, PA. Here she received one-on-one education and then successfully obtained her PA Cosmetology License. In 2016 she moved on to work at a salon for 8 years and worked her way up to become the Salon Director. She thrives in continuous education and creating a fun and energetic work environment!
Sienna - Owner/ Founder
-Permanent makeup/ fine line tattoo artist-
Sienna started in the beauty industry in 2017 as administration. Shortly following that, she became a licensed nail technician... while doing nails Sienna quickly noticed Permanent makeup was taking off. In 2020 she became a certified artist and now specializes in Combo brows and Powder brows. Since then her passion + education for permanent makeup continues to grow. Along with PMU she also offers fine line tattoos, which have been a huge hit the past couple years! Sienna takes pride in building relationships with her clients and enhancing their natural beauty + confidence.
Lindsay- Owner/ Founder
-Master Hairstylist/ Lash artist-
Lindsay started in the beauty industry in 2004 as an assistant at a salon while she was in cosmetology school. In 2008, she completed the cosmetology program and became a hairstylist. Over the years she has obtained an Associates degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Education is something that is very important to Lindsay and she is always learning to gain more knowledge in the always evolving beauty industry.

Siarra Ruiz
-Hairstylist-
Siarra was born and raised in Queens, New York. 5 years ago she moved to Phillipsburg , New Jersey... right over the bridge from Easton. Since living in Jersey, Siarra got her degree in Business Management and immediately after, started attending Metro Beauty Academy. After graduating in August, she has been soaking up all the experience she can get. She is so excited to turn her passion into her career, and meet new faces!
Morgan Mellon
-Hairstylist-
Morgan graduated from Kutztown University with a marketing degree, but her passion for beauty led her to Metro Beauty Academy... Where she graduated in 2024. Her favorite thing to do behind the chair is lived in color, so if you are looking for that natural balayage style Morgan is your girl! When she isn't in the salon you can find her hiking, shopping or trying out new restaurants. Morgan looks forward to meeting new faces and getting a chance to do your hair!
