Policies

A 25% deposit will be taken for every appointment booked.

This deposit will hold your spot in the schedule, and hold you accountable for your appointment. The amount taken will be applied to your total service.

If you fail to show, your deposit will NOT be refunded and you will be charged 50% of the total services. Credit cards are taken for ALL appointments. 

 If you should need to reschedule prior to the 48 hours, we are happy to move your appointment with your deposit. If you should cancel within the 48 hour time slot, we will take an additional deposit to re-book.

-We realize things happen... if you are feeling sick or inclement weather is keeping you from your appointment. please know, safety comes first and we understand those circumstances. 

By booking your appointment you are responsible for understanding all of Grit Lounge policies.
