How to prepare for your PMU:

• -Stop using any retinols, chemical peels + any exfoliant 2 weeks prior to appointment
• -No botox 2 weeks prior or post appointment
• -No blood thinners 1 week prior to appointment. Must also have a doctors note if on any
• -No caffeine or alcohol day of appointment 
• -Must not be on accutane (at least one year out)
• -Discontinue vitamin E or fish oil 2 days before appointment

Your PMU will appear very dark and bold the first couple days following your appointment. This will gradually fade about 30% over time. A couple weeks in, you may even feel like they are completely gone. THIS IS NORMAL! trust the process it takes a full 5-6 weeks to complete the healing process. 

-Cleanse your brows twice a day with the provided foam cleanser for 10 days 

-Apply ointment twice a day following your cleanse 

-Avoid water saturation for 7-10 days 

-Do not wax or thread around your brow area 

-No sun exposure! This will affect how your brows heal

-Do not pick any scabs- let them shed themselves

-Do not scratch your brows- tap around the area if needed

Your brows are not complete until your second session. Any adjustments to shape, color and density will be addressed at your follow up.
